to discuss the question of the Sterling Selaries of the

Engineering Staff which formed the subject in 1907 of

Officer Administering the Government's

Despatch of 26th.

April, 1907, and Secretary of State's Despatch of 10th.

June, 1907, and I now submit for your consideration the

following re-classification of the Engineering Staff:-
